Who Operates This Website?
Rajaampatseaplanetour.com is published by Juara Holding Group, operating as an independent concierge and coordination desk established in 2015. Juara Holding Group does not own, crew or operate any aircraft, vessel or resort named or implied on this site. We are not a Raja Ampat marine park authority, not an airline, and not a government agency. Our role is to receive an inquiry, match it against licensed partners who can realistically service the request, and pass quotes and terms back to the traveler for their own decision.
Is a Scheduled Raja Ampat Seaplane Tour Currently Bookable?
Not as a fixed, published product. As of our September 2026 research review, no publicly documented scheduled scenic seaplane service over Raja Ampat’s karst — Wayag, Piaynemo, Misool or Dampier Strait — exists with a retail price list, a fixed timetable or seaplane-specific aviation regulations we could cite. Indonesian and regional reporting through 2025 described government interest in amphibious aircraft and water-airport development for Misool and the wider Raja Ampat area, including a 2025 account of local support in Papua Barat Daya for inter-island seaplane connectivity, but none of this amounts to a confirmed, bookable retail flight. We therefore never print a seaplane fare on this site. Any figure a partner operator quotes you is theirs, valid only for the flight and date discussed, and subject to change without notice from us.

Because flights are weather-dependent and daylight-only, a confirmed booking date is not a guaranteed departure date. Operators may reschedule, substitute a route, or cancel for safety reasons at their discretion.
Where Do the Fee and Permit Figures Come From?
Every fee figure quoted anywhere on this site is sourced from public regency, provincial and national announcements, or from 2026 liveaboard-industry guidance, and is date-stamped “as of 2026, subject to change.” For reference only:
- Raja Ampat regency tourism levy (2026): IDR 1,000,000 per international visitor (raised from IDR 300,000) and IDR 300,000 per domestic visitor (raised from IDR 75,000); children under 12 are exempt from this regency levy.
- Combined with provincial and national charges of IDR 700,000 (foreign) and IDR 425,000 (domestic), total entry-related costs run roughly IDR 1,700,000 for international visitors and IDR 650,000 for Indonesian visitors.
- KKP Raja Ampat (Kawasan Konservasi Perairan Raja Ampat) separately requires a Marine Park Entry Card and payment of the Environmental Services Fee (LPJL) before entry to protected waters.
- 2026 liveaboard guidance suggests budgeting roughly USD 1,000-2,000 per cabin for international permits, including the Raja Ampat regency fee, a Misool marine-protected-area fee and a Wayag permit whose exact amount is not publicly listed.
We did not find any numbered aviation regulation specific to seaplane operations in Raja Ampat. General Indonesian civil aviation regulation applies to any flight arranged, and route- or aircraft-specific rules must be confirmed directly with the operator before booking.
What Are We Not Responsible For?
Juara Holding Group is not liable for flight delays, cancellations, route substitutions or weather diversions decided by the operator; for changes to government levies, marine park fees or visa rules after publication; for injury, loss or damage occurring during a flight, transfer or shore excursion operated by a third party; or for representations made by a partner operator that go beyond what we relay in writing. Your contract for the flight itself is with the licensed operator, not with Juara Holding Group.
Does This Site Guarantee Views, Weather or Wildlife?
No. Karst views over Wayag, Piaynemo and Misool, water landings, and wildlife sightings all depend on cloud cover, sea state and daylight hours at the time of the flight. We do not promise a specific view, a water landing, or any wildlife encounter on any flight arranged through this site.
Are We Affiliated With Any Named Operator, Resort or Government Body?
No. References on this site to Sorong’s Domine Eduard Osok Airport, Waisai, Susi Air, KKP Raja Ampat, liveaboard operators or resorts are informational context only. Naming a place, route or public agency does not imply partnership, endorsement or affiliation, and Juara Holding Group does not claim any award, rating, certification or government sanction it has not been independently issued.
How Is Personal Data Handled?
When you contact us by WhatsApp or email, we collect only what you send — typically your name, contact details, travel dates and route interest — to prepare and relay a quote. For visitors from Indonesia, this processing follows Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27/2022, “UU PDP”): data is collected for a stated purpose, is not sold, and you may request access, correction or deletion by writing to us. For visitors from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we apply GDPR-aware handling on a best-efforts basis as an Indonesia-based coordination desk: we minimize what we ask for, do not use your inquiry for unrelated marketing without your consent, and will action a deletion or access request within a reasonable time. We are not a data controller for any third-party operator’s own booking system once your inquiry is handed off with your consent.
