We are an independent broker and coordination desk, established 2015, that arranges scenic seaplane flight requests, liveaboard combinations, and related travel logistics through licensed operators and partners across Raja Ampat and Sorong. We do not own or operate any aircraft, vessel, or airport facility, and we are not affiliated with any specific seaplane operator, airline, or resort named or implied on this site.
What data do we collect?
We collect only what is needed to respond to a flight or trip inquiry and, if you proceed, to hand your booking details to the correct licensed partner.

Your data is used to: reply to your inquiry; check flight, weather, and permit feasibility with licensed operators; prepare quotes (never printed as fixed fares, since no publicly scheduled seaplane service with fixed retail pricing exists as of September 2026); pass necessary manifest details to the operator, park authority, or immigration-linked process you are booking through; and, only if you opt in, send occasional updates about Raja Ampat travel logistics.
Who do we share your data with?
We share data only on a need-to-know basis, and only to complete the request you made.
- Licensed seaplane and aviation operators — flight feasibility, weather windows, and passenger manifests.
- Liveaboard, resort, or ground-transport partners — when you combine a flight with a liveaboard or resort stay.
- Raja Ampat marine park (KKP) and permit processors — Marine Park Entry Card and Environmental Services Fee (LPJL) details, as required for entry to conservation areas.
- Immigration and visa-support contacts — only if you ask us to help coordinate visa-on-arrival or extension logistics; we are not an immigration authority and do not process visas ourselves.
- IT and analytics providers — aggregated, non-identifying website usage data.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with unrelated third parties for marketing.
How long do we keep your data?
Inquiry and booking correspondence is kept for as long as needed to complete your trip plus a reasonable period afterward for accounting, dispute handling, and operator coordination — typically up to 5 years, in line with common Indonesian business record-keeping practice. You can ask us to delete data sooner where no legal or contractual reason requires us to keep it. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form and is not linked back to you individually after processing.

Because Raja Ampat Seaplane Tour is a coordination desk and not an aircraft operator, every flight, permit, and price quote is confirmed directly by the licensed operator you are matched with, is weather-dependent and daylight-only, and is subject to change without notice as of the 2026 research date behind this site. We are not a licensed financial, legal, tax, or immigration adviser, and nothing on this site should be read as guaranteed pricing, guaranteed departure, or legal advice. Where a service is arranged through a partner, that partner’s own terms, cancellation policy, and liability rules apply to the flight, permit, or accommodation itself; we will point you to those terms before you commit.
Children’s data
We do not knowingly collect data from children beyond what a parent or guardian submits for a family booking (for example, a child’s name and date of birth for a park-entry exemption, since children under 12 are exempt from the Raja Ampat regency tourism levy). If you believe a child’s data was submitted without appropriate consent, contact us and we will remove it.
